PFCS Needs Your Support
Personal & Family Counseling Services cannot survive without ongoing support from foundations, grants, bequests and individual donations. We supplement those monies with funding from insurance, agency contracts, United Way, the Alcohol Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board of Tuscarawas and Carroll Counties and money from those who actually use our services and can afford to pay fees.
